Single Sessions
If you have booked a single tutoring session, you may cancel or request to reschedule the session free of charge by giving us at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to attend a booked session without prior notice, may be treated as a completed session and may not be eligible for a refund.
Packages and Bundles
For multi-session packages (such as bundles of several lessons), sessions are typically scheduled over an agreed period. You may request to reschedule individual sessions within a package by giving at least 24 hours' notice.
If you decide not to continue with unused sessions in a package, please contact us to discuss your situation. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer partial refunds or credits where appropriate, taking into account any sessions already delivered and administrative costs.
